The heat from Kure's infrared sauna penetrates deep into the skin and muscles to deliver therapeutic healing benefits at temperatures much more comfortable than a traditional sauna. It's also just a great, relaxing way to spend 45 minutes. Perfect as a stand-alone service or as a compliment to one of our massages.
